When an athlete enrolls in our program, the team makes financial commitments on behalf of the athlete before the season starts, such as paying County fees, Track registrations, Insurance, space rental, equipment, etc.  Below is the refund policy.  

2023 Summer 1 Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

Before 6/5/23 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $50 

On or After 6/5/23 - No refunds offered 

2023 Summer 2 Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

Before 7/20/23 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $50 

On or After 7/20/23 - No refunds offered 

2023 Fall Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

Before 9/1/23 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $50 

On or After 9/1/23 - No refunds offered 

Athletes withdrawing from the program need to email Coach Greene at NVAtrack@gmail.com to request a refund.
