Fall Track Programs 
NVA Track Youth programs are for girls and boys in grades 1 - 8.  Our programs are appropriate for athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced.  We will break out into groups based on age and ability.  Space is limited in all of our Fall Program since a portion is at our Indoor facility.

2023 Fall Youth Sprint Program - Grades 1- 8

In the month of September, practices will be outside and October practices will be held at our Facility in Ashburn. This is a training program and there are no meets.

Dates/Locations:     September 11 – October 28

September Practices – Outdoors

We are waiting for the county to assign the location for the Outdoor training.  We have requested Mill Run ES, Eagle Ridge MS and Broad Run HS.

October Practices – At our Ashburn Facility

Practices will be held at our Facility on Red Rum Dr in Ashburn, VA.  Our Indoor facility has 2 straightway lanes of track, turf area and weights.

Grades 1 - 6

September - Mon/Wed: 6:00-7:00 pm and Sat at 10:00 – 11:00am

October – Tues/Thurs: 5:00-6:00 pm and Sat at 9:00 – 10:00am

Early Pricing through Aug 1st - $229 (Payment Plan - $29 due at time of registration; $100 on August 5th & $100 on Sept 1st)

Regular Price After Aug 1st - $259 (Payment Plan - $59 due at time of registration; $100 on August 5th & $100 on Sept 1st)
 

Youth Elite (Travel)

The Elite (Travel) Program is for the youth athlete that is competing on a higher level and requires a strong commitment to track.  This team is by invitation only.  The Coaches will continue to evaluate athletes throughout the season for the team and new athletes performing at a higher level will be given the opportunity to train with the Elite team.  The Elite team has the opportunity to participate in local, regional and National meets.  Any questions about the Elite team should be directed to Coach Greene at  .
