The NVA Outdoor Track Team is appropriate for athletes new to track as well as athletes that have participated in track. Athletes are grouped by age and ability.
Participation in meets is not required - a good number of athletes just train with us to improve their speed for other sports. The meet schedule is not available at this time.

Cost: Loudoun County Residents (non-Loudoun County Residents please see below)
$299 - Early Bird Pricing until 2/12 (after 2/12, the cost is $324)

Location:
The county has not released the practice locations. For the last few years, the team has practiced at Mill Run ES and Eagle Ridge MS during the week. Saturday practices were at Briar Woods HS or Broad Run HS. As soon as the county releases the track allocations, we will send an email to the team.
Practice Times:
Youth – Grades 1 -8
Monday: 6:00 – 7:15 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:15 pm
Saturday: TBD
Non - Loudoun County Residents: Since we utilize county facilities, Loudoun Parks & Rec limits the percentage of non-Loudoun County residents permitted on any team that utilizes county facilities. This a Loudoun County Park and Rec policy that every Loudoun County team/league need to follow in order to utilize county facilities.
Since Loudoun County Park & Rec limits the percentage of non Loudoun county athletes on our team, we do not know the exact number of athletes we can accomodate at this time. So, at this time please register for the waitlist for Non-Loudoun Residents and we will add you to the team as space permits. There is no cost to join the waitlist. Elite (Travel) - for the youth athlete that is competing on a higher level and requires a strong commitment to track. This team is by invitation only. The Coaches will continue to evaluate athletes throughout the season for the team and new athletes performing at a higher level will be given the opportunity to train with the Elite team. The Elite team has the opportunity to participate in local, regional and National meets. Any questions about the Elite team should be directed to Coach Greene at Nvatrack@gmail.com.
Scholarships
There will be some limited scholarship opportunities on a per family basis. Please contact Coach Greene at NVAtrack@gmail.com if you wish to participate but are finding it difficult. We understand there many different types of family situations and our goal with NVA Track is to improve the situation/condition of our kids/athletes.
